COMPANY OVERVIEW

SHR LLC offers services in two areas. The first involves staffing placements (both permanent and temporary positions) in the finance, financial services and accounting fields. We place controllers, directors of finance, benefits administrators, managers, financial consultants and analysts, accountants, payroll professionals, credit managers, and bookkeepers. We also offer HR consulting services to clients in various human resources areas, including strategic management, workforce planning, employee relations, personnel records management, and HR development.

PLACEMENT ARRANGEMENTS

Clients may choose one of four placement arrangements:

• Exclusive Search. SHR LLC will conduct a pre-paid exclusive search under specified time lines guaranteeing the client results within a limited time frame. One-third of the fee would be paid initially with the rest due at the hiring date.  If SHR LLC does not succeed in finding the candidate in the specified time frame, the initial payment will be refunded.

• Contingency Search. The client provides a description of the person(s) needed and SHR LLC will conduct the search. Upon hiring, the fee would be due and payable upon the start date. The client is under no obligation to use our services exclusively and no fee is required unless a qualified candidate is hired.

• Evaluate First. Under an Evaluate First arrangement the employer may want to evaluate the candidate first before committing to a long-time hire. Sometimes known as temporary-to-permanent or contract placement, we can arrange for the candidate to join our staff and serve the client as a consultant for a trial period.  At the end of a specified period the client can hire the candidate with no recruitment fee.

• Contract Professional. SHR LLC has contact with many highly qualified individuals who can help on special projects requiring unique accounting or financial skills. Whatever the job we can put the client in touch with professionals who can help complete a big project on time or completely run a project from start to finish.
